The THS ASF tries to appoint new members to Board
Director positions whenever possible to keep everyone involved.
Director positions run for a three year term. The terms of the
Directors are staggered so there are several expiring on odd years and
several expiring on even years. The Bylaws allow the fund to have up to
thirteen (13) Directors at one time with a minimum of seven (7)
Directors. Officer terms run for two year terms and willing officers
usually stay at least two terms.
